6 GREAT REASONS TO BE A MOAB AREA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE MEMBER

NETWORKING & SUPPORT - The Chamber strives to provide a positive climate for you to develop vendor and customer relationships with other businesses through participation at our semi-weekly Chamber Luncheons, Moab Rocks Hospitality Trainings, after hours networking and events. The Chamber conducts ribbon cuttings and provides on-site support at all Groundbreakings, Grand Openings, and Re-grand Openings for Chamber members.

ADVERTISING - The Chamber welcomes and recognizes all new members at our luncheons and presents them with a decal for the window of their business. The Chamber will publish your name and the name of your business in local paper welcoming you as our newest member. Your business will receive a "Featured Business" spotlight in our quarterly newsletter. Advertising opportunities in the Community Guide, Map, on the web site and newsletter.

MARKETING RESEARCH - The Chamber provides tools to help you with your business start-up, expansion and marketing including economic and demographic profiles, wage and employment figures, National Park visitation facts, cost of living indexes, and more. Provided free of charge.

DIRECTORY & WEB LISTINGS - All members receive a complimentary listing in the Community Guide. Our member directory is also available on line. If you have a web site we can link directly from our site to yours for a very small fee.

EVENTS - The Chamber holds and is involved in regularly scheduled events such as, the Annual Awards Banquet in which the Business and Citizen of the year are honored and the Business to Business Expo, Jeep Safari, the Car Show. This provides business members the opportunity to build their business through networking and sponsorship.

REFERRALS - The Chamber refers hundreds of member businesses each month and coordinates accommodations on major holidays and during major events.

Committees

The Moab Area Chamber of Commerce works to help your business succeed. But we do so only with the help of volunteers. We invite you to become involved in the Chamber by joining a committee.
